Train Your Body and Mind Through Kickboxing

Our curriculum is a potent blend of multiple kickboxing styles combined with sport science for high efficiency. We have developed this through years of competing and teaching and we are constantly evolving. We follow a structured progression that helps you understand the art while developing strength, coordination, and endurance.

Small Classes, Structured Training

We believe in keeping class numbers to 20 or below and giving you plenty of space to train. We also follow a structured curriculum which means you will learn the art properly. Each class builds on the last, technique gets corrected, progress gets tracked, and every session feels productive.

Choose the Right Class For You

Besides our regular kickboxing classes we also offer dedicated classes for Kids & Teens and a Women’s Only Kickboxing class for ladies who prefer that environment. If you’re interested in expanding your training, we also run Muay Thai, MMA, True Energy Yoga, and Vital Strength & Conditioning classes.

Sparring is Optional

If you just want to get fit and never get hit, that’s fine. Sparring is optional, not mandatory. When we do spar we emphasise speed, technique, and timing while controlling power. Safety is always the priority.
